I had the great fortune to attend the 200hr YTT that Sarah was the lead trainer for. The sign of a great educator is to make the complex simple. Sarah is a great educator. She is warm, enthusiastic, listens and appreciative of two-way conversations. I'm fortunate to have met Sarah at the start of my yoga journey. She gave confidence, smiles and laughter.
